If for any reason you are not delighted with the product(s) you receive, please contact us via email [returns@loonaudio.com] within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization "RMA Number" for a refund or exchange. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. Please include your Order number (if available), Customer name, and Billing Address in the email.

We will refund 100% of your purchase price. All shipping and handling charges cannot be credited or refunded. Custom orders may not be returned unless defective.

After you have obtained your RMA Number, follow the steps below to return the merchandise.

Return Instructions

Pack the item securely (in the original packaging, if available).
Please use Federal Express or UPS only. Do not send by US mail. All shipping charges must be prepaid and the shipment must be insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned.

Keep the shipping tracking number. This number will identify the receiving date of your package.
Your refund will be in the form of your original payment and will take up to 14 days to process after returned goods are received. Depending on the cycle of your credit/debit card, it may take up to two cycles for the credit to be applied to your account. RMA shipping charges are not refundable.
