When you order a product from Loon Audio we ask you to provide certain information by filling out and submitting an online order form. This information includes your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information. We ask this information so that we may fill your request. The information is stored in our customer file in a secure environment separate from our web site.

We may from time to time, ask demographic or personal preference questions as well. These questions are purely voluntary and you are never required to answer these questions. This information may be used to analyze overall site demographics, user preferences and other similar purposes.

In addition, we may occasionally use your e-mail address to notify you of new products that we offer. Loon Audio does not, however, share, sell or trade e-mail addresses or personal information about you with any third party.
